WordPress Booking Calendar Using Contact Form 7 & A Datepicker | Contact Form 7 Tutorials Part 7
Grab Your Free 17-Point WordPress Pre-Launch PDF Checklist: http://vid.io/xqRL WordPress Booking Calendar Using Contact Form 7 & A Datepicker https://youtu.be/uKYEK1y0hNk Download your exclusive 10-Point WP Security Checklist: http://bit.ly/10point-wordpress-hardening-checklist A WordPress booking calendar or WordPress appointment form is a must for any service company. They aren't hard to create and can be free to make. In this tutorial we're to use the free Contact Form 7 plugin to create the form and then add a Datepicker so that people can choose when they require your services. Once they submit the form you will need to contact them to confirm and possibly find a different date and time that works for everyone if the date and time don't work. That's the major drawback of doing it the free way. If you want to spend a few dollars a month you can create an automated booking system. You can create a calendar with specific dates and times that you are available. The customer can then choose from those dates and times. If some requests a specific date and time, it will be removed from the calendar so future visitors can't choose that time as well. You could have system communicate with specific people in your business so they can do the tasks they need to do. You can have a system that sends SMS messages to the customer the day before the service to ensure that it is still a go. The stuff you can do these days is pretty awesome, but that's not this video. Here we are using free tools to create a basic appointment form. The first thing you have to do is install two plugins. To install this plugin please log into your WordPress dashboard, hover over Plugins and then click on Add New. On the next page type "Contact" into the search bar. The plugin we want should be the first one in the top left. Click on the Install Now button and then click Activate after it's installed. Then follow the same steps to install the Contact Form 7 Datepicker plugin. Now create the form you want your clients or customers to fill out. Then add the date picker module so that they can choose a date and time. Then create the email that will be sent to you. If you need some assistance check out this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wy70WGCjMY4 Once it's all set up make sure you test it to make sure it works. If you don't get the email working try the Flamingo Plugin for Contact Form 7. This plugin will store all Contact Form 7 submissions in your database for easy access. Once that's all done you should be ready to start accepting service appointment requests through this form. How To Edit The WordPress Header | WP Learning Lab
Grab Your Free 17-Point WordPress Pre-Launch PDF Checklist: http://vid.io/xqRL How To Edit The WordPress Header | WP Learning Lab The WordPress header is one of those place where a lot of important things happen. Scripts are called, integrations are set up and validated, stylesheets are imported, and so on. Usually, leaving the header.php file alone is the best plan, but sometimes you have to make additions or changes. Before you do, keep in mind that if you are editing the header.php file of the main theme, then updates to that theme can cause your changes to be overwritten. To avoid this, you'll need to create a child theme. Here's a tutorial to help you do just that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z8n1h-85SMQ Once you've created the child theme you'll want to duplicate the header.php file into it by following this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebGrw1h6Hog Once you have the header.php file there we can get to work. If you've followed the tutorials above you can now dive into header file and started editing. If you didn't create a child theme, then there are a couple ways to find and edit the header.php file. First, when in your WordPress dashboard you can click on the Appearance menu and then Editor. On the right side of the page you will the list of files in the theme. One of them will be called header.php. Click on that file and it open it so you can edit the WordPress header. Or you can go through the file manager in your cPanel account. Once in the file manager navigate to wp-content/themes/YOURTHEME. The header.php file is normally in the root of a themes directory. You can also connect via FTP to make edits to files. Now that you've found the header.php it goes without saying that you need to be careful. One wrong move in a PHP file and your whole site will go down until you fix the problem. So only edit the WordPress header if you are comfortable with PHP. I hope this information helps you! Once it's activated, the appearance of your website will change. Final: Get your Old Blogger links working: The purpose of doing this is to ensure that people are still able to access your site even when they click or go to your old blogger links. This will help you to keep your google rankings, that you've gained on your blogger's blog. To do this, go to WordPress Dashboard - Settings and set the date/time correctly. Then in the ‘Permalink Settings', select ‘Month and Name' option since this is the format that blogger uses. The next step is to install the WordPress plugin ‘Blogger to WordPress' to redirect your old blogger links to your new wordpress site. Once installed, Go to Tools - Blogger to WordPress redirection and Click ‘Start configuration.' Proceed to perform the ‘Get code' setting which will provide a code which you need to copy. And finally, paste that code in your Blogger's Theme settings. That's it! This is how you can easily move your blog from Blogger to WordPress. WordPress Dashboard Tutorial - Dashboard & Settings
WordPress is the right place for people who want to create their own websites or blogs and there are different customization options and settings which they could use in order to bring out the best version of the website they wanted in the first place. In this video tutorial about WordPress, we are going to teach you more about WordPress dashboard. Once your WordPress website is set, you could then login to the WordPress dashboard. In order to do this step, you will find that the URL of the website you have created is the thing you will need to access your dashboard. There are different options to do such a thing and you will know that whether you have been the one to set the website up yourself or else had your host setting it up for you. The first option is simply your domain name/wp-admin and this will take you to the dashboard page. The dashboard page will give you the chance to create your own username and password and once everything is settled up, you will continue into your WordPress dashboard. Once you successfully go through these steps, you will be then logged into the WordPress dashboard and you will find different things which might appear a little bit confusing to you. First of all, according to the theme that your website is set on, you will find the default widgets presented such as the natural and the most default widget which is the 'welcome to WordPress' and as part of this widget you will also get a few options that will help you to get started, such as the 'customize your site' button which is mainly about the theme that you might have already chosen and installed or else change the theme, and eventually go further to the rest of the options. One of the things you will realize if you are the administrator of the website you are working on is that every time you log into the website, you will find the toolbar appearing on the top of the page. The toolbar helps with taking you directly to some of the things which you might want to do to your website, such as editing the page for example which you could simply click on it and go directly to the editing page, and there are other options as well which you might have. The main focus of this video is the dashboard page and in the toolbar you will find the dashboard with the name of the website. When you click on the website name or the dashboard, you will directly go to the main page that we have talked about before and what you will need to do for the editing phase is go to the settings. Once you click on the settings tool found in the toolbar on the left side of the page, you will first select 'General'. In the 'General' page you will find a list of options and settings to change which you will find in the 'General settings' such as the site title which is very important for several reasons, there is also the tagline which explains what the site is about, the WordPress URL and the site address URL, the email address for receiving notifications, the membership and the new user default role, the date and time format, and that's all about the general settings. Moving on to the settings related to the writing, you will find that it is about your email and how it is read by WordPress by default, the writing of the posts, as well as the writing related to the update services. There is also the settings page that is related to reading which is mainly related to the display of the posts in the main page or the home page, the blog pages show at most, the syndication feeds show the most recent, as well as the search engine visibility. You will get to understand every single one of these settings and what it will change about your website when you try them (you could also get all the understanding from watching the whole video :-)). The next part in the settings menu is about the discussion part of the website which is for those who are going to have a lot of customer/client feedback that often appear in comment boxes. There are different settings related to them such as the default articles settings, the comment settings, the email me button, what appears before a comment and finally the comment modification. Moving on to the rest of the settings that you could change with WordPress settings, you will find media, the permalinks, the BuddyPress, and the TinyMCE advanced. We have other video tutorials which you could check in order to know more about WordPress, such as installing a theme and customizing it (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFKXVDmHOoE), creating a new page (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mw8bF5DhWyk&t=11s), creating a new post (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHe0RAEZjx8&t=442s) and getting to know a lot of things in general about WordPress and how to build a new site with it (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=si_2JuLXxZo). WordPress General Settings Walkthrough | WP Learning Lab
Download our exclusive 10-Point WP Hardening Checklist: http://bit.ly/10point-wordpress-hardening-checklist WordPress General Settings Walkthrough | WP Learning Lab The WordPress general settings are pretty straight forward, but they are definitely something you'll want to take a look at. General settings for WordPress are found in the left hand side menu in the WordPress admin. Hover over Settings and then click on General. On the next page you will see various fields and options, I will lay them out for you here one by one. First is the Site Title field. This is where you enter the name of your website or company or the keyword you are trying to optimize for. Next is the tagline field. What you enter in this field is shown in some themes, but not others. You should enter your site's tagline or a short descriptive sentence here. This field is optional. Next are WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL). These are usually the same and they are the preferred way you want your site base URL to be structured. In these fields you can enter: 1. http://www.YourDomain.com 2. http://YourDomain.com 3. https://www.YourDomain.com 4. https://YourDomain.com Whichever you choose is how your URL will appear in a visitor's browser address bar. Only use the https options if you have a valid SSL certificate installed (these usually cost $50 to $80 USD per year). You will also want to let Google Webmaster Tools (webmaster.google.com) know which base URL is your preferred one. Next is the email address field. The email address you enter in this field is where general WordPress notifications will be sent, so make sure it's a real email address. After that comes the Membership option. If you check that box anyone can register on your WordPress site. You can define the role of the people who register in the next setting which is New User Default Role. You would rarely want to new users who can register themselves to have a default role above Subscriber. That is the role that has least access to critical parts of your website. Following that you select your Timezone. You can choose the UTC value if you know it or you can choose a city in your timezone. On your blog articles, many themes include the time at which the post was published. The time displayed will be the timezone you choose here. After that you choose the date format. This is the format in which the date is displayed on your blog articles. Following that you choose the Time Format. This is the format in which the time is displayed on your blog articles. The second to last option to fine tune is the day of the week that your week starts on. This is usually a Sunday or Monday in North America and Europe. I'm not sure about other continents and countries. The last option to set is the language for the website. There are lots to choose from. That's all there is to the WordPress general settings. Wordpress Settings Tutorial
Welcome to the Wordpress Settings Tutorial. When setting up your new Wordpress website, getting the setting correct and the way you want them is essential. In Tutorial we will cover where and how to set the settings exactly how you want them and to maximize the efficiency of your website. For more Wordpress, cPanel and eCommerce Tutorials, check us out at http://www.pressibly.com or Subscribe to our channel. :) Hello, everyone. In this lecture we're going to be looking at the settings in our WordPress dashboard. To get to the settings, we go to the bottom of our menu here on the left hand side and click on the settings button. This takes us through to the general settings for our WordPress website. Starting at the top here, you can edit your site title and your tagline. Underneath is your WordPress address and URL, and underneath that is the site address URL. You can make this different if you want to direct your visitors to a different page on your WordPress installation. The email addresses where WordPress will send all of its admin emails it needs to send you, like for example new user notifications. The membership option is if you want anyone to register for your website. Then you can click that tag and that will happen. The default user role is subscriber. A subscriber is someone who is registered with your site or is just visiting your site. There are many user roles here, right up to administrator which is your role if you own the website, which gives you full access to the back of the dashboard and absolutely everything. Going through from editor, author to contributor, but if you just want new users on your site to be subscribers, then keep it at this option. Further down we have the time zone, date formats, and time formats. These give you options on how you would like your date to look and the time to look on your website, and also the time zone that's local to you or you'd like it to be local to your website. You also get to choose which day the week starts on, as well as the site language. Once you are done and you've made all your changes and you're happy with them, always remember to click save changes. We'll now move down to the writing tab, which is one of the sub-options on the settings here. In the writing subpanel here, we have the default post category. If you are writing continuously about, say, mountain climbing and that is going to be pretty much all you write about, then you can set your default category to mountain climbing. It saves you having to set it for every single post you write. Underneath that is the default post format. If you, say for example, are a photographer and you're doing a photography blog, then maybe you'll be putting up an awful lot of photos and pictures that you've taken. You may want to set your default post format to gallery, again saving you a bit of time and keeping the post looking the way it should. Under this we have post via email. If you would like to post to your website via an email, it is advised that you keep a secret email account. WordPress will help you with this and give you [strings 00:02:59] to use to help you create your email account as well as a mail server, your login name, and password. Finally, at the bottom of the writing page we have update services. By putting an update service in here like Ping-O-Matic, when you add a new post or page to your website, WordPress will automatically notify Ping-O-Matic that you've done it and Ping-O-Matic will then notify search engines that you have new content on your website. The search engines will then come and rank your content, putting it on their website, on their search engine, excuse me, and then giving you those new visitors and notoriety for your amazing post and works. Okay, moving on to the reading subpanel, we have a choice of front page displays. Now then, you can have on your front page your latest posts, which is what we have on the front page of our rock climber blog at the moment. We have our latest posts, all the way down here, that we've created. If we wanted to make that a static page, we would select the static page option here and we will be able to pick a front page for our website so we can make our top ten climbs our front page. That will be the page that will be static for all our visitors when they visited our website. Underneath that we have a posts page. If I set up a blog posts page, I will be able to then select that in this menu and that would then put all the blog posts on it and would be the page dedicated to my blog. How to Change Settings - WordPress Basics
Video Transcription Hi, this is Brad with Firstsiteguide.com and in this video, we are going to be talking about the WordPress “Settings” section, which has a lot of different options in it to change things on your blog. So we’re going to go over here on the left-hand side and click on “Settings”, which is going to open up the “General settings” section. This will include things like your site title, your tagline, your default URLs and a few other settings. If you change anything in here, make sure to click on “Save changes” at the bottom. Underneath the “Writing” section, you’ll see a couple of options here including the “Default post category” and the “Default post format” options. If you have a category that you would like each post to get added to, you can select it here, and then if you change anything feel free to go down to the bottom and remember to click on “Save changes”. Underneath the “Reading setting” section, there are a few settings here that allow you to change what displays on your front page, how many blog pages to show, how many syndication feeds that you would like to show, and also if you would like to show the full text or summary of your blog posts and again, if you make any changes click on “Save changes”. Under the “Discussion setting” section, this area will allow you to control how comments are received on your blog, which includes a few notification settings, and some other kinds of settings that will allow you to approve all comments and will also notify you when someone posts a comment. On to the “Media setting” section, this one is pretty simple and allows you to customize some of the default sizes of your thumbnails, your medium size images and your large images. And finally, the “Permalinks” section will allow you to customize your URL structure. So right now we have a custom structure with /our post name. You could also use the “Numeric setting”, the month and name or the day name, and then from there again if you make any changes go on to the bottom and click “Save changes”. I hope you found this quick demo useful. For more videos and how-to guides, please visit us at Firstsiteguide.com. Take care.

WordPress General Settings Screen
http://roseapplemedia.com produced video. Find more tutorials at: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/guidepress/ The GENERAL SETTINGS screen has information that's used throughout the entire site, such as, the title, the tagline, email address and date formatting that you'll usually need to enter once and then not change again. The SITE TITLE is used to identify the site and is also used as the identifying name in syndication feeds like RSS feeds. And the Tagline is the sites byline which is a short phrase describing the site. These two lines are important since in most themes these two lines appear at the top of the website as part of the header and can even be used by search engines. They can be changed at any time without affecting the operation of the site. The WordPress ADDRESS (URL). It is the location of all the CORE WORDPRESS programs. Make sure the complete URL, including the http:// appears as in the initial installation. If you installed WordPress to a sub-directory then the URL should include that sub directory as part of the complete ADDRESS. For instance if I installed WordPress in the sub directory BLOG then the complete URL would be /blog The SITE ADDRESS (URL) is typically the same address as the WORDPRESS ADDRESS (URL). These can be different if you installed the WordPress program files in it's own separate directory ( for instance /blog ) and you wanted to use the simpler homepage address without the /blog then this is where you give WordPress that information. For most installations the WordPress ADDRESS and the SITE ADDRESS are the same. The E-mail ADDRESS is used by WordPress to send you notifications and email alerts about the maintenance and administration of your site. When someone registers at your site then WordPress will send you a notification at this email address. Or if you're moderating comments then this email address will be sent a notification that a comment is being held for approval. The email address you enter here will not be displayed on the the site. You can change this to any valid e-mail address you want. The MEMBERSHIP option is used to register users to your site. MEMBERSHIP grants different levels of access to your site content and even it's operation. Checking the "Anyone Can Register" box allows anyone to register on your site. If you leave this unchecked then you'll need to register users under the USERS link on the admin panel. Membership has five levels each with increasing access to your site. A new member is initially entered at the default Subscriber level. Although you can change this default on the line below. Just below the MEMBERSHIP button are the 5 different membership levels. These levels determine what access each member has to your site. The higher the level the more options available . Setting this line will determine the initial level each new user will have. The default is SUBSCRIBER. "Watch the video for a description of the membership levels." The TIMEZONE is where you set your local time clock in relation to the UTC or COORDINATED UNIVERSAL TIME standard which is roughly equivalent to GMT or Greenwich Mean Time. These are times that are expressed in positive and negative offsets of UTC. On the right is the current UTC time in a 24 hour clock. Simply convert your local time to a 24 hours time and add or subtract from the current UTC or you can choose a city in your correct local time zone. When you save the changes then your local time will appear to the right of the UTC time. DATE FORMAT is simply how you want the dates to appear on the site. This is usually done by the theme you have active. If you have a need for custom date formatting then click the custom button. By clicking on the DOCUMENTATION ON DATE FORMATTING you can get a definition of the various characters used in the custom formatting. TIME FORMAT is how you want the time stamps to appear on your site. This is also usually done by the active theme. And this can also be customized to your needs. The time does NOT update automatically for Daylight Saving time, this will have to be done manually if you live in an area that uses Daylight Savings Time. WEEK STARTS ON is used if you display the WordPress CALENDAR on your site. Set this to Wednesday and SAVE CHANGES and check the calendar then it will be set to start on Wednesday. If it is set it to Monday and SAVE CHANGES then the calendar starts on Monday. REMEMBER to click the SAVE CHANGES button to activate any changes.

WordPress How to - Configure Wordpress [Video 5 of 11]
So WordPress is installed and you're all set on your WordPress theme. Now there are a few easy tweaks I would suggest to optimize your new site. First, login to your site and click "Settings" on the navigation bar on the left. In the "General" area for "Settings", there are two places to update: Site Title and Tagline. General Settings in WordPress The Site Title is the information Google will list when your site is indexed. For instance, I currently have "The Extra Money Answer: Learn to Make Money Online" as my site title. And the Tagline will be some supplementary information to describe your site. There is other information you can change on your General Settings page, such as your Timezone, Time Format and Date Format. This is not hugely important, but go ahead and customize that to your Timezone and time and date preferences. Next, click on "Reading" in the "Settings" area, and for "For each article in a feed, show", select "Full text" and then click "Save Changes". The purpose for this is so when somebody follows your blog through an RSS reader, they see your full posts. In my opinion, it's best to get people to read you where they prefer, rather than trying to force them back to your site each time. The last thing to change in the Settings area is the "Permalink Settings". The determines how the links from your site will look, and there are a handful of options to choose on that page. My preference is to have the words from each post title in the link from each post, which is a custom setting. This makes it clear to search engines what each post is about. Select "Custom Structure" and enter the following into the field: /%postname% Then click "Save Changes". There are lots of other changes you can make to customize your blog, but these are the tweaks I always make right away when I launch a new site.

How To Use The Akismet Spam Plugin In WordPress
How To Use The Akismet Spam Plugin In WordPress You can download a PDF here: http://wordpresspowersites.org/article/How_to_Install_Themes_in_WordPress.pdf or visit the page here at: http://wordpresspowersites.org/how-to-install-themes-in-wordpress/ How To Upload And Install Themes Manually With WordPress You can download a PDF here: http://wordpresspowersites.org/article/How_To_Get_a_New_WordPress_Website_Ready.pdf or visit the page here at: http://wordpresspowersites.org/how-to-get-a-new-wordpress-website-ready/ How To Get a New WordPress Website Ready In this specific video, you're going to learn how to get a brand new WordPress website ready. So basically anytime you have installed a brand new copy of WordPress on your site, what they do is they populate it with a bunch of stuff that you just don't need. So I want to walk you through the process of deleting all the stuff that you do not need so that you can begin to start working on setting up your site. How To Get a New WordPress Site Ready So if you go under Posts, normally you're going to see this "Hello world" post that you just don't need. So simply click Trash here, and then go under Categories here, and we're going to delete this uncategorized category. Select it here, click on Delete; click on Apply; and under Media there's not anything under Media so you're good to go there. under Pages, depending on your WordPress themes, some WordPress themes have what we call a sample page; and what I like to do is I usually either delete this, or I click on Edit, and I make this my homepage by Renaming it to "Home" clicking on Update, and there we go. So you can either delete it or use it later on, but for me, I usually call it home because I'm going to use it later down the road; and in terms of my settings and everything, I might actually need this especially when I make this page, a static page. If we click on Comments here, there are no comments so we're good to go there. Under Appearance and Themes you can easily customize your theme here, but I'm not going to show you that in this specific video. Under Widgets, normally there is going to be some widgets, so if I click on the View the site here, you are going to see that the sidebar has a bunch of widgets. So normally for me, I use different widgets, so it really depends on you. But under the main sidebar, you'll normally see the Search widget, the Recent Posts widget, the Recent Comments widget, and so forth. So normally what I do is just drag and drop, and the Widget area here, you can simply drag a widget into the sidebar. So what I normally do is simply remove all of the widgets, and if I do that, and I go back to the main site here, you'll notice that the widgets from the sidebar have disappeared. So that just gives me a clean slate where I can move from that point, and work from there. Under Menus, there are no menus so we're good to go here. Under Plugins, there is a Hello Dolly plugin that you just don't need, so click Delete here; click Yes, Delete these files; and sometimes in order to delete plugins you will need to have your FTP user name & password, so enter that here; click on Proceed, and there we go. Now Akismet is a spam plugin which protects you from spam. There is a free account, but I believe right now it does cost money. So if you want to protect yourself from spam, you can Activate this, however you will need to sign up for an API key which actually costs money. So you can see there's a Pro Version, Enterprise, and Personal; and if you want to use your site for commercial use, it does cost money. So if you don't need that, you can click Delete as well, and Proceed. Under Users it's going to be simply you as the user, so you can leave that as it is. Under Settings click on General; you can always change this information. Basically when somebody goes to your main site the site title is going to be here, your tag line is going to be here, your WordPress address will be here, and your email address will be here. And you can change the date format if you choose to do so, here, and the time format as well. You can also make it so somebody has to register at your blog or your WordPress site, and if we go under the Writing Setting, you have different options which, you can actually post via email -- I'm not going to go into this information in this specific video because we simply want to clean the WordPress site. You Can Read The Rest Here: http://wordpresspowersites.org/how-to-install-themes-in-wordpress/ http://youtu.be/blnoGodmgkE

Wordpress Settings
Download all Tutorial Here: http://totallyfree-stuff.com/wordpresstutorial.php Hi. For this tutorial, we're going to take a look at the General settings in Wordpress. And to get to those, we're going to be on the dashboard page, and we're going to go down to settings, and this is just going to have the General settings for our site. So this will be things like the Wordpresstutorialhub, which is my site title, also a tag line, and as it says, we just want to use a few words but for what your site is about. Not something to long, but something that gives an accurate idea. The Wordpress URL, the site address URL. Now if you're going to be using an address for this site page that is different from the directory that you installed your Wordpress in, you're going to want to go in and put the address that is correct in the site address. Next, is the e-mail address that you're using. The membership, and you can choose whether anyone can register or not, their new user default file, which will decide if they can be a subscriber, administrator, editor, or contributor, and keep in mind this is very important so if you just want someone to be able to come to your site and respond, you just want to have them as a subscriber. Your time zone, the date format that you want to appear on your site, and you can see we've got an American format, as well as the European format, or you can do a custom format. The time formats that you would like to show, and what day you would like your week to start on. Once you get all that information, you can just go ahead and click on save changes. Let's take a look at some of the other settings in here. The first one we are going to look at is the writing settings. The writing setting has different standards for what will actually be posted. For instance, the size of your post boxes 20 lines. You can either change this so it smaller or larger. You can also choose whether to convert the emoticons text to graphics on the display and you can choose whether you want Wordpress to correctly and validly nest HTML automatically. The default post category can be on categorized, or if you know, for instance, that everything you write is going to be about Wordpress, you can go ahead and click Wordpress. Or, if it's going to be the pictures, you can click on pictures. This is going to be your default, but you can always go in and change them later. The default link category you can choose as blog role, and then there is the Press This, which will allow you to go and grab little pieces off the Internet to put on your own site. If you want to post your Wordpress by e-mail, you can set up a secret e-mail account using POP3 access. Any e-mail that's received at that address will be posted, so you want to keep the addresses hidden, so you don't want spammers, say, sending something from this e-mail address and then having it automatically pop up. These are three random strings you can use that are recommended. It asks for your mail server, port that you use, your login name, your password, and then if you want to set a default mail category. Next, we have remote publishing, and this is to post on Wordpress from a desktop blogging client or a remote site that uses the Atom Publishing Protocol, or the XMLR-PC publishing interfaces. If so, you can check either of these boxes that apply. At the bottom, when you publish a new post, Wordpress is going to notify updating services. If you want to learn more about it, you can click right here on updating services and you can separate multiple service URLs by just clicking enter after you add each one. And at the bottom, you're going to click on save changes. So let's take a look at reading. This is where you choose whether your front page is going to display the latest thing that you wrote or a static page. If you choose a static page, it's going to allow you to choose which static page they are going to see and a post page.
