http://Dpylesecrets.com Click HERE Tarket Market Strategy - How To Triple Your Digital Marketing Sales By Understanding This One Concept Digital marketing has become popular these days more than ever before. Ever company wants to promote themselves via this and keep in line with the increased use and accessibility of the internet. With more and more people being able to access the internet, it seems to be a norm in today's time for any company that wants to gain access to a larger market and establish its reputation far beyond. With this increasing interest of digital marketing, online spending on advertisements all over the world are said to reach $61.8 billion by the end of this year. This is seen as a 2% increase from the spending in 2009, as reported by eMarketers. EMarketers is a market research and analysis company that has researched into this growing trend of global spending on this and advertising online. It has predicted that spending on online advertising and these are to reach levels as high as $96.8 billion by 2014. They have predicted a yearly increase of 11.9% in the global marketing spending. According to marketers, the internet's share of the online advertisement spending will increase to 17.2% in 2014 as compared to 2009's 11.9%. There is some truth in these reports by eMarketers since they seem to be consistent with similar reports by other firms regarding the increases in spending on marketing in the coming years. GroupM has forecasted this year's online advertisement spending to reach up to $64.7 billion. ZenithOptimedia, a media firm, predicted that online advertisement spending in 2012 will reach up to $82.7 billion and 17.1% of the total, as compared to 2008's $49.8 billion and 10.5% of global spending. Jared Jenks, analyst at eMarketer and the author of the report said, "It shows how resilient online advertising was through the recession". "I almost want to say it's too measurable. The possibility for measurement is so much more than any other media." North America and Western Europe dominated in the global online advertisement spending in 2009, taking up about 72.4% of the total share. This showed how much it was being spent on in these regions. However, their share is reported to drop by 2014 to 66.4%. On the other hand, Latin America, Asia pacific and Eastern Europe are reported to find increases in their digital marketing spending. Their share is said to increase from 27.3% to 32.1% over the same period. Since most firms and businesses are interested in digital marketing, it is only normal for your business to join in the race. You can hire a digital marketing agency or consultancy to assist you in your this campaign. One such agency is Qudos digital.

This is a very complicated world. It’s a very noisy world. And we’re not going to get a chance to get people to remember much about us. No company is! And so, we have to be really clear on what we want them to know about us. Now Apple, fortunately, is one of half-a-dozen best brands in the whole world. Right up there with Nike, Disney, Coke, Sony — it is one of the greats of the greats. Not just in this country, but all around the globe. But even a great brand needs investment and caring if it’s going to retain its relevance and vitality. And the Apple brand has clearly suffered from neglect in this area in the last few years. And we need to bring it back! The way to do that is NOT to talk about speeds and fees. It’s NOT to talk about bits and mega-hertz. It’s NOT to talk about why we are better than Windows. The dairy industry tried for 20 years to convince you that milk was good for you. It’s a lie, but they tried anyway. And the sales were falling. And then they tried “Got milk” and the sales went up. “Got milk” wasn’t even talking about the product. In fact, it focuses on the absence of the product. But the best example of all, and one of the greatest jobs of marketing that the universe has ever seen, is Nike. Remember, Nike sells a commodity. They sell shoes!!! And yet, when you think of Nike you feel something different than a shoe company. In their ads, as you know, they don’t ever talk about the product. They don’t ever tell you about their air soles and why they are better than Reebok’s air soles. What does Nike do in their advertising? They honor great athletes. And they honor great athletics. That’s who they are, that’s what they are about! Apple spends a fortune on advertising — you’d never know it….you’d never know it! So…when I got here, Apple just fired their agency and there was a competition with 23 agencies that…you know…four years from now we would pick one. And we blew that up and we hired Chiat\Day, the ad agency that I was fortunate enough to work with years ago and created some award winning work including the commercial voted the best ad ever made, 1984 (by Advertising Professionals). And…we started working about eight weeks ago, and the question we asked was, “Our customers want to know who is Apple and what is it that we stand for…where do we fit in this world?” And what we’re about isn’t making boxes for people to get their jobs done — although we do that well. We do that better than almost anybody, in some cases. But Apple is about something more than that! Apple at the core…its core value — is that, we believe that people with passion can change the world for the better. That’s what we believe! And we have had the opportunity to work with people like that. We’ve had the opportunity to work with people like you; with software developers, with customers, who have done it. In some big, and some small ways. And we believe that, in this world, people can change it for the better. And that those people who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world are the ones that actually do! And so, what we’re going to do in our first brand marketing campaign in several years, is to get back to that core value! A lot of things have changed. The market is in a total different place than where it was a decade ago. And Apple is totally different — and Apple’s place in it is totally different. And believe me, the products, and the distribution strategy, and the manufacturing are totally different…and we understand that. But values and core values — those things shouldn’t change. The things that Apple believed in at its core, are the same things Apple really stands for today. What is a target market and how do you find your target market? For help with marketing your small business please visit: http://www.SummerAlexanderResearch.com Summer Alexander shares the easiest definition of a target market you've ever heard plus three quick tips on how to define them. First, I will start with the technical definition of a target market via the all-knowing Wise One- Wikipedia: A target market is a group of customers that the business has decided to aim its marketing efforts and ultimately its merchandise towards. A well-defined target market is the first element to a marketing strategy. The target market and the marketing mix variables of product, place(distribution), promotion and price are the four elements of a marketing mix strategy that determine the success of a product in the marketplace. Next, I will provide you with my definition of a target market: The group of people who have a specific problem (that your company specifically solves), who know they have this problem, who are actively searching for a remedy to this problem, and -- here's the kicker -- can afford to pay for your solution to their problem. So let's talk about some ways to find them. #1 -- Guess Yup I said it. Guess. Not just pull a demographic out of the sky but give an educated guess. When you started your company who did you envision purchasing your products or services? Describe the type of people you really like to work with. Who do you think is the typical user of the products and services you provide? Who is the typical buyer? (note: may be different than the user) What kind of income do you think this customer would need to afford your services? What type of events typically trigger a customer to purchase from you? #2 -- Trial and Error This is one of my favorite strategies. I never really liked the idea of narrowing down your target market without having first worked with a few people first. I recommend a little trial and error when it comes to determining your target market. After you've come up with an educated guess, do some light (inexpensive) marketing to that group and see how it goes. Perhaps the group you thought would be ideal buyers are really just pains in the you-know-what. Do they haggle you over prices, refuse to return your phone calls, ask for more than what they are willing to pay for? Even though a market may sound good on paper or in your business plan, doesn't mean in real life they won't drive you nuts. After working with around 20-30 people you should be able to start narrowing down your market by plucking out those who aren't a good fit and finding the group who is their polar opposite. #3 -- Borrow In most cases there is no such thing as an ideal target market who know one else is selling to. Do some research on businesses who are similar to yours (also known as competitors) and see who it is they are marketing to. Search their Facebook and Twitter posts to see who's engaged with them. Check out customer rating sites like Yelp or Google Local to see what kind of feedback they are getting and from whom. Snoop around on their websites and see who is commenting on their blog posts and while you are there check out their testimonials page. Don't abuse this step by becoming a creepy competitor stalker but do use it to gain an understanding on what market your competitors (especially the successful ones) are advertising to and what prompts those buyer to purchase.

When marketing any product or service we need to start by defining our target. There is two types of marketing, Scatter Gun where you run marketing strategies that get you exposure to a wide range of people or business. Some may be interested in your product or service but the majority don’t. Sniper Gun where you specifically target people and business who you have a higher chance of needing your product or service. To get the most out of your marketing budget the sniper approach has proved to be much more effective. In order to run a sniper approach marketing activity first of all we need to define our target market. There is a number of ways you can define your target market but the more specific you can be the more selective you can be about the marketing strategies you use therefore giving much higher chance of getting a great return on your investment. When defining your target market there are many options and different criteria you can take into account. Here are some examples: 1) Is your business geographically restricted or do you want to build a customer base is a certain geographic area? If so define the area you are looking to market to. 2) Is your product or service gender specific? If so you can start to research and decide which strategy will attract the gender you are looking to do business with. 3) Is your product or service aimed at a business or individuals with a certain net worth or level of cash to spend? 4) Are there certain industries that your product or services sell better to? 5) Does your target market use a certain type of media to find the products and services they wish to purchase? For example the younger generation may use online media more than some older generations. 6) Do you have different unique selling propositions to different target markets? When you start to define in detail who it is you want to do business you can then start to look at what strategies would get you in front of your target market in the highest proportion. Your marketing should then become more efficient giving you a better return on your investment. When looking at your target a good place to start is to look internally at your current customers, is there a trend? Do you sell more to a certain type of person or business sector? A lot of businesses believe they have a wide diverse range of clients. Although this can be true breaking down your client base to find out who buys the most from you and more importantly who makes you the most profit can start to guide you to your best target markets. Once you have decided on your target market you need to make sure what you are promoting is attracting them, what do you need to tell the target market about your business? Different target markets will want to know different points about your business. For example what an accountant may feel is important about you may be different to what a manufacturing business feels is important about your product or service. Be specific and if you can find out from your current customers what they feel is the most important part of your product or service. All the fancy new tactics in the world don’t mean much if they’re not based on a solid foundation and well thought out digital marketing strategy. This is because the number of times you post, the social media channels you use, or the content you create are all completely irrelevant if you don’t have the right market, message, and mindset in place. Which is why on today’s episode we’re talking all about setting you up for success by creating an effective digital marketing strategy. 1) Mindset The first step in creating an effective digital marketing strategy comes down to mindset and how you approach your marketing, and your business. I strongly, firmly, almost evangelically believe that your goal as a business owner or entrepreneur is to aim to be the best in your market. Now “best” can mean any number of different things including the fastest, nicest, cleanest, most polite, most beautiful, most fun, or whatever, but you should aim to dominate in at least one of these areas. 2) Market The next step in creating a digital marketing strategy is to clearly identify your target market and ideal customer or client. The better you’re able to describe exactly who it is you’re trying to serve the more effective all of your future marketing efforts will be. 3) Message As we just covered, the better you understand your target market the better you’ll be able to make them feel understood. And that’s what marketing is all about. Making your ideal customer or client feel heard, valued, and cared for. 4) Media Without a doubt, choosing the right media option is the area I see business owners and entrepreneurs struggle with most. And understandably too. After all, there are an overwhelming amount of options to choose from when trying to decide how to connect with customers and effectively communicate your value online. ► Download your free copy of The One Page Marketing Plan Here – http://adamerhart.com/marketingplan #LINKS Website: http://adamerhart.com Twitter: http://twitter.com/adamerhart Facebook: http://facebook.com/officialadamerhart Instagram: http://instagram.com/adamerhart

By default, the decisions we make regarding marketing mix will be as good as our understanding of the target market. If we’ve done quality research, the likelihood of coming up with a good marketing mix combination increases. Four major variables shape a company’s marketing mix. These variables are known as the Four Ps of Marketing. Focusing on: • Product • Price • Place • And Promotion This has proven to be an effective way to understand the decisions a company makes when it enters a market and competes in it. If a company understands the needs of its customers, it can create products that satisfy the clients’ expectations and contain the features they desire; it will offer these products at a price that corresponds to the target market’s willingness to spend, and it will offer them where the target market loves to shop. It will also build its brand communication in a language that speaks to the target market. Marketing Mix and the Four Ps is intuitive. Marketing managers should concentrate on these variables and tailor them regarding the target market they’ve chosen to pursue.
